While I enjoy training athletes in just about every sport, I specialize in mountain bike riders, particularly the more aggressive breeds. While anyone who consideres themselves a mountain biker will benefit from my stuff, the Downhill, 4X, Freeriders and gnarly trail riders are who I enjoy working with the most.
